Mentally Unhealthy Professional

“Mentally Unhealthy Professional” is my thesis film for The Second City Film School, which I wrote, directed, and edited myself. This is a black comedy that tells the story of a lecherous therapist who, upon discovering his patient’s unique condition, attempts to seduce her (with little success).

Tickled

Tickled is a disgustingly absurd sketch that I wrote, filmed, and edited with fellow comedians on a random night. This tells the story of what happens when one friend tickles another for just a bit too long.

Viewer discretion advised!

Big Feet

“Big Feet” is a mockumentary I made at The Second City Film School as my first big project. Made in the vein of paranormal investigation shows, I go deep into the heart of rural Illinois in search of Bigfoot.

Ghosted

“Ghosted” is a short film I co-wrote for the Chicago 48 Hour Film Project. It was a collaborative effort to write, cast, film, and edit an entire movie within 48 hours using certain restrictions given to us.

This film tells the story of a college-aged girl who dies under unfortunate circumstances and becomes a ghost. Feeling as though she never felt true love in her life, she decides to haunt the next tenant of her apartment with the goal of making them be together forever.

The film won awards for “Best Actress”, “Best Use of Prop”, and “Fan Favorite”!

Stage Fright

This is the first episode of my web-series, “Stage Fright”. I wrote and directed this pilot episode and served as creator/head writer for the entire series.

In this episode, Zac Cooper thinks he’s joined a normal college theatre program but soon discovers paranormal activity is afoot.

Playdate in a Dungeon

This is a short film that I created and wrote with my friends. It’s the story of three strangers taken prisoner by a psychotic nerd who forces them to play a game of “Dungeons and Dragons”, with their lives on the line.

I came up with the concept and co-wrote the script, as well as recorded all the sound for the film. It was made for the Campus Movie Fest and is currently being submitted to several other film festivals.

Ride Home

This is a short film I made for my video production class final project. It’s the story of a young man taking a mysterious Uber ride back to his apartment. Neither the passenger nor the driver is who they seem to be in this goofy thriller.

I wrote, directed, filmed, and edited this piece and got some of my friends to join in as actors.

I got a B+
